It is not neccessary for taking admission in B.Sc in Pandit Deendayal Energy University. There are some guidelines which is neccessary to follow. Candidates meeting the PDEU B.Sc (Hons) eligibility criteria. Candidates must complete the online application form available on the university's official website. Candidates have to appear for the personal interview. Based on the class 12th marks and PI a merit list will be prepared (75% weightage will be given to theory marks of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology and 25% weightage to personal interview). Pandit Deendayal Energy University release application forms in the month of February so that students can fill the form. University shortlists the students in the month of March. In the last year candidates applied for admission of PDEU B.Tech 2023 till May 28, 2023 at the official website. The authorities conduct PDEU B.Tech admissions under GUJCET (50% seats), JEE Main (35% seats) and NRI sponsored (15 % seats).

The fees for various courses offered by Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU) in 2024:
The total tuition fee for the MBA/PGDM programme is 8.5 L.
For the Executive MBA/PGDM course, the fee is 2.3 L.
B.E. / B.Tech programs have a total tuition fee of 9.6 L.
M.E./M.Tech courses require a fee of 2.7 L.
The B.A. courses at PDEU have a total fee of 9.4 L.
Similarly, the BBA programs also cost 9.4 L in total.
The M.Sc. courses range in fees from 1.3 L to 2.9 L.

The university offers two merit scholarships for MBA students for the school of SoM, PDEU. The first scholarship is known as merit cum means scholarships and merit scholarships with 50% tuition fee waiver, respectively. For both of the scholarship, the eligibility is national-based exam, i.e., MAT/XAT/ MAT/GMAC/ MAT/ AIMA.

To join Pandit Deendayal Energy University candidate has to fulfill the eligibility criteria.
One has to do 10+2 examination pass with physics and maths for some courses.
Once candidates meet the eligibility criteria, they can apply for admission to PDEU through ACPC.
After ACPC they should fill their JEE/Main scores
Acpc will allots seat based on score and preferences.
