You need to clear the entrance exam first, before that you must be having good percentage in your class 12th boards.

You may do your Post graduation (MSc) in Nursing which gives you options to choose a speciality like MSc Nursing in Psychiatry, Pediatric s, Surgery, OG etc. Another option is doing MSC in Psychology. Also there are options to do an MBA is Hospital Administration, Masters in Public health, etc.
