Hi Prerna, as per your scores in 12th board exams, you are eligible for Punjab University. As the cutoff for general candidates goes high every year, so getting CSE will be difficult. Also, it depends on the marks of the entrance exam. Along with CSE, you should also select other branches like IT, electronics engineering, electrical engineering.
