Yes. You can do many paramedical/allied-health courses in Chennai without NEET.

For Tamil Nadu, the Directorate of Medical Education and Research has a separate admission process for Allied and Healthcare (AHS) UG degree courses, distinct from MBBS/BDS admission. The 2026–27 admission notifications specifically list AHS UG degree courses and AHS diploma/certificate courses.
