AIIMS offers a variety of paramedical courses including B.Sc. (Hons.) in Medical Technology in Radiography, Medical Laboratory Technology, Operation Theatre Technology, Ophthalmic Techniques, Dental Hygiene, Optometry, and Nursing. Entry usually requires completing 10+2 with Science subjects. Each AIIMS campus may have its own course offerings and seat allocations. Gandhi Medical College primarily provides medical courses such as MBBS, MD, MS, and Diplomas in healthcare (e.g., Dialysis Technician, Clinical Pathology Technician) — but does not offer a full 3-year Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) as an undergraduate degree .

The college's paramedical roster includes diplomas, but not a BMLT degree.
