Hello since you are from Science stream you can apply for any arts discipline Masters. Minimum eligibility is graduation in any discipline. Also it is necessary and appreciated if graduation is done in psychology but all lies on your interest you can apply in any college. There would entrance in regular course for M.A. Psychology I have seen many people from different stream pursuing M.A. Psychology. You need to study it well in order to get seat in entrance. But you can apply. Although. All the best.

As per UGC NET June 2020 Information Bulletin Annexure-V page no. 32, The Master of Optometry (M. Optom) course is given there with code no. 18. So you refer this code no.
