There are numerous organizations with high status in the government providing paramedical courses in India. The All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in numerous cities (Delhi, Jodhpur, Rishikesh, Patna, etc.) also offer great B.Sc. Paramedical courses and prove to be most popular. Other government colleges with very high ratings are JIPMER Puducherry, Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) Chandigarh, Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC) Delhi, and others in Government Medical Colleges in states such as Tamil Nadu (e.g., Madras Medical College), Uttar Pradesh (e.g., King George Medical University)

Christian Medical college, Vellore offers a 4 year Bachelor programme Bot (Bachelors of Occupational Therapy).
The eligibility criteria is that the candiate must have schored a minimum of 33% in PCB subjects in their 12th boards and should have completed 17 years of age before entering into the degree.
Apart from this it is important to score well in the Neet Entrance exam as this is one of the most reputed medical college and have a high cut-off.

AIIMS offers a variety of paramedical courses including B.Sc. (Hons.) in Medical Technology in Radiography, Medical Laboratory Technology, Operation Theatre Technology, Ophthalmic Techniques, Dental Hygiene, Optometry, and Nursing.
