HR is an interactive field. Many organizations prefer a full-time MBA in HR. Participating in presentations, college societies, case studies, class interactions, and assignments makes an aspiring HR better at what they do.

You can still go for a part-time MBA in HR if you want an affordable option. It is also ideal for working professionals. If your resume is good enough, organizations can accept a part-time MBA as well.
