Hi,
A part-time Masters's degree is basically the same as doing a full-time course but spread out over more time. Commonly, a full-time Masters programme will take one year, and a part-time Masters will take two or three.

Some colleges in India provide part time BE / BTech courses for working people after completing diploma. Anna University, SVCE, etc provides such courses. Visit Anna University website and check there. You can also refer to other universities.

Yes, it is available. Eligibility: Student must be a graduate (10+2+3 pattern) from a recognized university. 10+2+2 pattern degree is not acceptable. Good luck.
