Hello Vignesh, It's very interesting and heartening to know that you are interested in learning the sign language. This language is basically used by those who are deaf and dumb and cannot speak. There are plenty of YouTube courses available from which you can learn rudiments of this language. However if there is a school for deaf and dumb in the place where you are staying then you can approach them to know if they conduct this course als. I think they should be conducting this course.
