Dear Poonam Chouhan. PGDM or MBA should be from good business schools because your experience and PGDM or MBA should give great career break up. So try to come from good B school that will help you out. All the best.

Yes part time MBA can be done. Also there are many correspondence courses available in India and distance learning is being provided by many good universities. So you can go for it. Choose with MBA in Marketing or HR as these have more of theory which will be easy for you to study and give exams.

2.PART TIME :in this form of the program you have to go to the colleges but after

Sagar, if presently you are working then you can go for any i.e. part-time MBA as well as MBA through distance mode. But if you are not a working professional then don't go for these, prefer going for regular one. For job regular candidates are preferred.
In case you fail to get admission in a good college/ university for regular MBA, then opt for the part time one. Keep distance MBA as the last option.
Check websites of some good universities.

No, you can't be eligible because MBA is full time course and you just have to come college for 4 hours. So you can do anything in remaining hours.
