Indira Gandhi National Open University is a distance learning University. They have their centers across Bangalore where they conduct classes on Sundays for the course you opt for.

No college in India provides part time or correspondence B.Tech and M.Tech. It's illegal as per the norms of UGC and AICTE. You need to do B.Tech from regular mode only.

As far as my information goes, this Institute does not offer any part-time degree course, though it offers many other certificate or such courses.

The B.Ed course is a 1 year full time course that is meant to be pursued with regular classes. There is no part time or weekend course available with Oxford College of Education
