Yes, F-1 students are eligible for on-campus employment. However, they can work not more than 20 hours per week while the classes are in session and full-time (more than the mentioned hours). Full-time work can be done only during the holidays and school breaks. A few of the part-time jobs in USA that international students can opt for are Tour Guide, Teaching Assistant, Campus Tech Support, Barista, Catering Assistant, etc.

During the semester, students may accept a paid part-time job of not more than 15 working hours a week. Full-time employment is allowed during the regular summer vacations. But, in both cases, the employer of the students will have to apply for your work permit at the Cantonal office for economy and labor.

No, Adichunchanagiri University offers only a full time BE course which is a four year course spread over eight semesters. The university offers hostel facility to facilitate the stay of a diverse student community that includes both domestic and foreign nationals. Distance courses are also not available for the same.
