Shanmugha Arts Science Technology and Research Academy (SASTRA) and Periyar Manianmai University, both are deemed to be University located at Thanjavur.
Both the universities offers various courses and one such course is BBA. The duration of the course is 3 years with 6 semesters and the students are placed in different reputed companies like Zoho, Amazon, etc., . With average salary package of about Rs.2 Lacs - 4.5 lakhs.
The fee structure is slightly higher in SASTRA when compared to the Periyar Manianmai University but most of the students prefer SASTRA for it's quality of education and placement in the company with minimum 4 LPA.

SASTRA university is a better choice as it has a better nirf ranking which ensures that it provides better educational facilities than other universities in the area. But this does not gurantee that Periyar Maniammai University would be a lesser good. Both universities have their pros and cons.

Fee structure in the uiniversity is decided based on which course you are pursuing, thus there would be a different cost for every student. To find what the university will cost you, break it down to academic fees, hostel charges, food expenses, travelling expenses and miscalleneous expense, then you might get a rough estimate about your cost of the university.
