HR Companies are extremely good that visit the campus. Placements are not all that great. Average placement package for HR is INR 5 Lacs - INR 6 Lacs per annum. For people with work experience, it may maximum go till INR 8 Lacs. Opportunities are extremely good, industry connects are good, and since it is in Bangalore, it shouldn't be an issue to get into a good job. Teaching faculty for HR is also highly qualified, with extreme perfection and industry experienced teachers.

Dear Friend, first of all you have to see the strength against which you have to do your hard work. Sri Balaji is a good choice but there the student strength is 1200+ but infrastructure is good. So it's my advice to do a strong research on Sri Balaji. PUMBA is a good choice as low batch strength and a good ROI. I am advising you do a research on PIBM, Pune. Hi, I would like to say that IBM takes PGDM students, but it would be better if you remove this criteria. It is never sure about the placements in specific company. Although with the latest accreditation, there are chances that placements can improve, but not fixed.
All the best.

Hi Neha,
Yes, you are eligible to apply for PGDM program, SOIL is accepting freshers for the course.
It is PGDM's first year, thus no placement statistics are available. But considering the past performance of SOIL for its PGPM course, it has always been 100% placement with highest as 21 LPA and average at 9.5 LPA.
The association of SOIL with almost all reputed organisation will be an add-on advantage for PGDM placements.
