There are many private universities which allow Ph.D. after PGDM; but if Ph.D. is the ultimate aim then better you should think about master degree programme affiliated to university i.e MMS.

Hi Husain,
The designation depends from company to company and also from the course, finance or marketing. Most probably it would be management trainee. Sales manager, Manger are some other designation title they may offer. Also the college plays an important role in here too. Depending on the college you pass from and the companies coming to the college. You can surely check with the placement record of the colleges. Good Luck Mate.

PGDM in SIOM is a full time 2 year management course. After passing from it you will definitely get the good placement. Why you want to do part time because there is no job opportunity after doing part time PGDM.

Hi Boyapati, Due to the greater need of the logistics managers, an average logistics manager in India earns up to Rs. 5 Lacs per annum, which is comparatively a nice salary. Also, this is an average salary, so completing a course from better college or institute or getting placed at a much better organisation will definitely result in more than that. Adding to the context, the number given here is an average value which means the statistical analysis of the all the managers and not the highest salary, so the chances of the improvement are section and the number is considerable.

A student pursuing the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) course will gain industry-oriented knowledge since it is industry-based with practical and applicable knowledge and skills.
