IBS Mumbai PGPM admissions are entrance-based. It accepts various national-level tests which includes XAT that is conducted in January. Moreover, apart from the entrance test score, the students are also evaluated based on performance in the personal interview and micro-presentation round. 

The IMS Mumbai MBA/PGPM application form requires students to upload scanned copies of various personal and academic documents. The list of scanned documents to be submitted at the time of application for BSc is given below:

1. Visit the official website of the institute and navigate to the admission portal.

2. Register as new candidates and then login to the student account to fill out the application form.

3. After filling out the form, pay the application fee of INR 1,800.

4. Click on the submit button to submit the application successfully. 

Yes, it is possible to take admission to the IBS Mumbai PGPM programme without CAT. The institute accepts various other national-level test scores, including NMAT, XAT, and GMAT. Other than this, the institute also conducts an in-house entrance test, i.e., IBSAT. It is conducted once a year, generally in the month of December. Students willing to take the exam can visit the institute's official website to apply.

Candidates who are offered admission to the IBS Mumbai PGPM programme are required to pay the first installment of tuition fees. The total tuition fee for the PGPM programme amounts to INR 9.09 lakh, as per official sources.
