An insight on the IIM INDORE MBA HRM curriculum.

Placements: The first batch of IIM INDORE HRM curriculum will pass out in 2020 so the insights on the placement reports are not out yet, naturally. Summer placements have been up above the decent mark last year and are comparable to all the A Tier B-School of the country. The average stipend per month last year for the HRM batch of 2020 was 42,000 and the median package on the same lines was near about 38000. The highest package was 50000 and the lowest near about 22000. All the students were placed by the end of September for summer internships and a few got PPO too, which was an overall impressive performance for a new curriculum such as ours.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of IIM INDORE is comparable to any of the premium A+ B schools of the country and is growing every day. Hostels have single occupancy rooms with all the basic amenities such as Mattress, Almirah, shoe rack, 2 chairs, study table among others. Hostels are clean and the toilets very hygienic. We have sporting facilities better than IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Lucknow as quoted by our director and which is evident when you consider facilities like Olympic sized swimming pool, Mega Gymnasium, Sauna baths, Cricket nets and Cricket & Football fields and other sporting courts for Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton in almost every other hostel. Classroom Gallery has centralised AC facilities and are Cctv monitored. The campus is very beautiful and humongous and a delight for a nature lover.

Faculty: We have the privilege of learning from the much coveted and highly esteemed premium faculty members of the nation in our B school. IIM Indore has a highly competent teacher pool of 105 who are no lesser popular and rightly so, than any of the top 3 Items. We have copyrighted case studies from Harvard Business School and IIM Ahmedabad among others, which the concerned professors address to us on a daily basis. We have 96 credits overall in the first year spread over three trimesters. Every day a batch meet, orientation, Pre-placement talks, cultural and club activities keep us engaged and the huge turn-ups for every petty event makes it even more interesting and fun to be a part of. The planet I never sleep and we have no weekends!

Other: No non veg in the mess except for eggs in breakfast although canteens and cafes inside serve non veg dishes too. Online order can be delivered room to room 24*7.
