You can apply to distance education colleges in India. Indira Gandhi National Open University (www.ignou.ac.in), Netaji Subhas Open University, Kolkata and Kotak Open University. AIMA-CME offers Ph.D. (Business Administration) through Distance Learning Mode in collaboration with Aligarh Muslim University. There are many colleges in India offering distance education in Ph.D.

Individually, these programs are provided by various institutes. However, there is no integrated programme offered in the country. You may opt for any international college.

Hi Lav, The minimum eligibility to appear for UGC NET exam is post-graduation degree with 55% marks for general category candidates. The ST/SC and other reserved category candidates are offered relaxation and required to have 50% marks in master's degree. As you do not complete the educational qualification you are not eligible to apply for the UGC NET Exam.

The admission criteria differs from course to course. Kindly mention the stream in which you would like to pursue Ph.D.
