Dear student
As per your career path you should go for MSc in astrophysics and than go for PhD programme even very few universities do offer this specialisation .
And if you want to do M.tech than the require education degree will be B.tech or MSc level.

Yes, you can do bsc + msc and then mtech for physics related field. If you are keen to become an astrophysicist, check BS + MS courses at IISER or IISC. All the best
