Dear Smriti, pursuing or applying for a Ph.D means, you must have a research proposal or question and share your thoughts and proposals to various universities across the world or in your case in Germany. Hi, Ph.D itself is a program which is pursued after MS. There are integrated programs too.But first you must complete your Masters and then choose your Ph.D area, it has to be decided by you because it's a research-based program and no one else can decide on your behalf.Decide in which area of nursing you want to do your research in, visit University websites for the same. You will understand these a lot better when you do your Masters.

Hello Satyavati,
First you need to register for PhD. This you can do only if you have completed PG. Then many universities conduct exam to allow or deny students registered. If you pass, the you have to search for a guide and the research topic

The basic requirement to do a PhD is a Masters degree, so you automatically qualify since you have a MCA degree. To apply for Ph.D. you can either directly apply to the professors of
different universities sending them your resume , Statement of purpose
and your research papers. Or you can appear for UGC-NET examination
and then sending your NET scores to the professors under whom you want
to undergo your Ph.D. course.

Hi Neha, depends where you want to study, entry requirements vary from university and country. An IELTS or TOEFL will be required for English language requirements, GMAT scores may be required depending on the university.
