The salary of a doctor in the Philippines after MBBS (MD) depends on experience and place. A fresher may earn around 25,000 to 40,000 PHP per month, which is around 37,000 to 60,000 INR. With experience, the salary can go higher.

Some common disadvantages are:

  • Students must complete BS course before MD, which adds 1.5 to 2 years.
  • Students must pass NMAT exam to enter MD.
  • Climate is hot and humid like India, but may feel different for some.

Some colleges may not be up to the mark, so choosing a good university is important.

To study MBBS in the Philippines, Indian students must qualify NEET exam. There is no minimum NEET score requirement, just passing marks is enough. But higher NEET marks can help in getting better universities.
