PHP (LAMP) is in demand now & .NET is also an equally competitive platform.
Both technologies are a bit sluggish now & market orientation has moved towards Joomla, Hadoop etc.
(Try to change your job with more challenges or more opportunities to learn & explore latest technologies)
Straight answer don't move from PHP its still an in thing!
