Python is machine learning programming language, whereas PHP is used for web development. Select the area in which you want to work and then select the Languages which will benefit you in your field. Considering machine learning to expand in future then I'd say Python is much better. If you want to learn Python from beginning then you can use this app:

If you don't have any previous knowledge of HTML, CSS & JS basic then it may take around one month (depending on your grasping ability) to learn the basic programming concepts. But you are already done with these so all these will take atleast 2-3 weeks, but you must have to passionate about the coding. Talking about PHP, it is a very vast language. I am into PHP development since 2017 and I still learn new things every day.

No, it will not be beneficial for you to pursue digital marketing after doing Java and PHP. You just try out some projects and then try for some private jobs in IT industry.

Yes, you can pursue M.Sc. in IT from LPU. It is better to learn Java from any other languages and it would be better if you learn it from any reputed Institute.
