You are not eligible for NATA with your 12th subjects (Maths, Physics, Geography, English, Urdu) because Chemistry is mandatory along with Maths and Physics. NATA requires candidates to have studied PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) in Class 12 or hold a 10+3 Diploma with Maths as a subject.

Yes, you are eligible for VIT admission because they require at least 60% average marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Math combined. Even though you scored 55% in Math, your overall average in PCM is around 63%, so you meet the eligibility criteria.

It is quite difficult to find the university or college which allows a commerce stream studen to pursue B.Sc in physics. Usually colleges and universities allow students who have passed 10+2 with Science stream including subjects Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology which is a common eligibility criteria but some of the colleges and universities allow students on the basis of Entrance exam based on Science subjects.
