Physiology Admission Process

Here is a list of commonly required documents during the BSc Physiology admission process:

• 10th Marksheet and Certificate – As proof of date of birth and academic qualification.

• 12th Marksheet and Certificate – To verify eligibility based on higher secondary performance.

• Transfer Certificate (TC) – Issued by the previously attended school or institution.

• Migration Certificate – For candidates coming from a different board or university.

• Character Certificate – Provided by the last attended institution.

• Caste Certificate (if applicable) – For candidates applying under reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC).

• Domicile Certificate – To confirm state residency, if required by the institution.

• Passport-size Photographs – Usually 4-6 recent photographs.

• Photo ID Proof – Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Passport, or other government-issued ID.

• Entrance Exam Scorecard (if applicable) – Required only if the institution has an entrance test.
