This is not necessary to give CET exam for Commercial Pilot. CET exam is for Engineering, Pharmacy, Law and for Management courses admission only. For commercial pilot every Flying Institute takes own entrance exam, so there is no any common entrance exam for CPL. The eligibility criteria and other details are given below. As per the fee structure available on GFTS Bangalore website, you have to pay the following charges for CPL course. CPL with Cessna 172 P/S endorsement only: 20 /21 Lacs (The above package includes admission charges and charges for conduct of theoretical/ground classes, Flight Training)
For CPL, INR 6 lacs at the time of admission, rest amount to be paid in 3 more installments after every 3 months. No hostel facility is available. Candidates will have to make their own arrangements for boarding, lodging and transportation.

Hi Asmitha You have to study and write some examinations to become a pilot. Any flying school that you join, will teach you all that is necessary to 'pass' the examinations conducted by the regulator. Most of them will also have well-equipped libraries where you can read and understand a bit more than what is necessary to know. That would help you score a bit higher marks in the examinations and those higher marks could be some added advantage when an airline tries to recruit pilots. It depends on you whether you want to be aviation or aerospace pilot. As the aviation pilot flies the aircraft whereas aerospace is all about the earths atmosphere. You can apply in Rajeev Gandhi aviation college Kerala.

After doing the course of hotel management, you can study about the pilot, I advise you to please don't leave the hotel management course in between because it affects your career.

After completing class 12th in Science, I would suggest you go for B.Sc. or B.Tech, because after completing this course. Yes, you are eligible to give AFCAT CDS level exam through which you can join the Indian Armed Forces.

Yes, a commerce student can apply to become pilot .The minimum qualification required to get a Commercial Pilot License is 10+2 with physics and Maths , 18 years of Age completion and a class II medical test which is done by DGCA approved doctors.

A Bachelors degree in aviation is not necessary to become a pilot. To become a pilot, you must enroll in a reputable flight school and pass all of your tests, including the DGCA, type rating, and ATPL.
