So, here's my suggestion in order to choose a college from which you can accomodate your time, it's better if you do a full fledged UG course for music and while spending time in the UG course start preparing for cuet pg. You can also take political Science as a minor in your UG course to give you a better understanding of the subject.

The college is dependent on the cutoff but you will definitely get a decent college, atleast south campus but make sure you don't just run after the campus because in du there 10-15 college that are good otherwise rest are just existing.

The eligibility requirements for admission to both offered BA specialisation at BA in Journalism & Political Science are almost the same. Which includes candidates first completing their Class 12 from a recognised board of education in any stream. Further, the selection process is based on merit evaluated on Class 12 scores, followed by counseling/ an interview. 

International politics, a field of study encompassing international relations, examines interactions and conflicts between states and other actors, focusing on power dynamics, foreign policy, and global issues. 

It's scope is vast, including war and peace, diplomacy, trade, international organizations, emerging global challenges, and Interactions and Conflicts.
