Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) in New Delhi stands as an academic option to pursue a 2-year MA in International Relations for students who invest INR 10,000 to INR 20,000 during each year of their studies. Students can pursue the 3-year BA degree of Political Science at the University of Delhi for INR 5,000 to INR 10,000 each year. The educational costs for similar programs at Mumbai University and Pune University and Jadavpur University fall between INR 5000 to INR 50000 per yearly term.

You will have to understand the dimensions of Political Science, I think you must be in class 12th. If yes then, Start reading Contemporary World Politics book first and then switch to Indian Politics book. Make a thorough notes of every chapter, they all are important but have good command of the last 4 chapters.  

Know your syllabus, allot your time accordingly and revise your notes carefully and take help from YouTube channels. Also don't forget to do Image Questions and Mapping from Indian Politics Portion especially Congress Domination part.

International students applying at the London School of Economics and Political Science for the MS in Management course are required to attain a undergraduate degree with upper second class honours (2.1) or above or equivalent degree with a minimum of 3 months of work experience ( if needed) as a part of the eligibility condition along with the English language test scores.

As a reputed college and due to high competition between students the cut off will be 80-90% but there is relaxation for minorities like sc&st as per my view. 

For B.A. Political Science (hons) in Banaras Hindu University, you will have take English as a language subject and General Aptitude Test.
