Both the courses B.A in psychology and B.A in political Science have very few placement opportunity. There is a common placement system and students from both the department can sit in any of the interview. The hughest package offered are 2-4 LPA and the lowest is 1-1.5 lpa. However, if you try to find jobs with help of refferal or external links you can get a decent placement.

The CUET PG 2024 cut-off for DU will be between 200-250 marks depending on the subject and college, while that of JNU is likely to be between 250-280 marks for M.A in Foreign Languages. The cutoff for general category will be higher than for OBC/ SC/ ST candidates. For example, in M.Sc Botany at BHU, you can expect a cutoff around 210-215 for GEN category and 170-185 for OBC category. So getting into top universities like DU, BHU and JNU with 82 raw marks in Political Science can be a challenge, as the cutoff required for Political Science is much higher.
