Political Science can be considered as a pre-law course, due to it political nature that discuss about the functioning of government. It discuss about the policy making process, laws making process and its impact on society, and how both the systems interact with legal system of the government.

Yes you can choose economic Political Science and geography as your three domain subjects along side your language subject as long as the university or programme you are applying to allows this combination and considered these subject as valid domain option for your choice and course

According to the information available on the official website of the Centre of Excellence in Public Policy, Sustainability, and ESG Research, the eligibility criteria to get admission into MA courses is candidates must complete their graduation from any relevant field with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Additionally, for the final selection process, the institute releases a merit list on the basis of candidates achieving scores in their graduation/ bachelor's degree or equivalent. 
Moreover, the provision or any information regarding direct admissions is not explicitly mentioned on the official website of the institute.
