Your query is a little cryptic one. If you had written in details, it would have been better answered then. Of course, I will still try to answer, as the way I have understood your query. Perhaps what you are saying is that, after completing your 3 years of study in a Polytechnic College doing Diploma in mechanical engineering you are no more interested in further studies, but is looking for jobs. Right? If this is so it is okay. There are plenty of Jobs available for Diploma holders in mechanical engineering. Indian industry is already showing signs of revival and is hiring in good numbers. In government sector, jobs are of two kinds. Some are for recruitment as an officer while some are labelled as non-officer jobs. A diploma holder is authorised for jobs of the second category. Both central as well as state government or their agencies recruit diploma holders of various branches. Every year, this happens. You only have to keep track, that's all.

You can pursue BCA (Lateral Entry) after pursuing Polytechnic. You can take admission for BCA in Sharda University and Lovely Professional University.

Yes, you are eligible for many government exams if you have done Diploma. I would suggest you apply to ISRO and DRDO.

Yes, you can get admission in AMU for B.Tech, and also you'll get lateral entry mean direct admission in second year, but you have to crack the entrance exam.

When you are done with X/10th, you can join Polytechnic which is a three year course. This is called diploma and is equivalent to 12th. When you take admission in B.Tech after this, you get into 2nd year because the first year is exempted for Lateral Entry/Diploma Holders. You do the degree in continuation of the Diploma Stream. It becomes a three-year course then.
