Hello,
It is very nice to see that you are interested in going to the education field. Normally speaking, the eligibility criteria for this entrance exam conducted by NCERT is 12th. Now many states have declared Diploma as equivalent to 12th. So please check with the institution from where you did Diploma and obtain this equivalence cert. Once you have this then you can appear for any exam where eligibility is 12th. Best wishes to you.

Hi,
The minimum eligibility for BBA is that you should have passed your +2 atleast with 50% and should be under 25 years of age. Various universities gives admission in BBA course on the basis of merit list. Some other college also give admission to students through the entrance tests. The entrance tests is organized at national, state or university level by various authorities. So you should be eligible for BBA based on your Diploma qualification.

BCA at IGNOU is 10+2 cleared. IGNOU website is not clear on acceptance of Diploma in Computer Technology as equivalent to 10+2. Therefore, you may seek clarification from IGNOU on subject.

Yes,you can do B.Tech. after polytechnic. Most of the colleges allow lateral entry for polytechnic Diploma holders.

There is a scope in each and every field either it is B.Tech or it is Polytechnic. It only depends upon the marks you have scored and the amount of internship and certificate that you have received in the academic year.

All colleges in Mumbai University provide such facility. You can take admission in B.Tech after you are done with your Diploma. Your admission will be based on your scores in Diploma. Get in touch with colleges to know more specifics about it like when it starts, fees etc.

Hello Alma, Majority of the top colleges including the government colleges allow for lateral entry in their 4 year engineering degree courses directly into the second year. Perhaps the noted exceptions are IIT's and NIT's. They do not have facility for lateral entry. These days in spite of best efforts by the top private colleges or Deemed to be university's, they find it tough to fill up their classes to the capacity in the first year. This forces them to accept students at least in the second year of 4 year course so that they get the fees for remaining three years to run their institutions.
