Charotar University of Science & Technology (CHARUSAT) is a state-funded university located in Changa, Gujarat. It was established in 2000 by a non-profit trust called Shri Charotar Moti Sattavis Patidar Kelavani Mandal. Some of the features that make CHARUSAT different from other universities are:

The median package offered was INR 6 LPA during placements 2021. However, the median package of INR 7 LPA was offered in 2021. The stats we got from this year's campus placements at IISER-B are highly varied. For instance, the highest package offered was around 10.5 - 11 LPA, whereas the lowest was around 5.5 - 6 LPA. 

On the other hand Presidency university, It is a good college for physics Hons with great faculty members and good infrastructure. Placements: Physics is not a technical course, so there is no such placement in this course. However, it is the best course to go for higher studies. Students can get a chance to do their PhD from abroad. So placements in Presidency University is good as IISER on thier equal term

Presidency University in Kolkata might be a suitable option for you if you're thinking about getting a B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Economics, or Geology. However, IISER Kolkata might be a better choice if you're interested in obtaining a B.Sc. (Hons.) degree in the biological, chemical, mathematical, or physical sciences. Therefore based on your interestes you can choose whatever university you want.

Presidency University Kolkata released its provisional general merit list for UG admission on August 27. This was followed by the release of first provisional merit list for admission, based on which students will be able to confirm their seats. The university currently offers UG, PG and doctoral-level courses in the field of Arts and Science. For admission to the University, WBJEEB conducted PUMDET and PUBDET exams for PG and UG admission. However, from the academic batch of 2021-22, WBJEEB has cancelled both these exams and admission will strictly be based on merit scores obtained by the students at the undergraduate level and Class 12 for PG and UG admission, respectively.

One cannot get admission with 60% in class 12th  for admission one requires 70% or equivalent marks in class 12th.

Presidency University applications 2023 to UG courses are open via Admission Test (PUBDET2023) and the last date for the same is Jan 31. Further, PUBDET 2023 will be conducted on May 20 and May 21. Candidates can apply through the official website.

At the undergraduate level, Presidency University Kolkata offers a three-year BSc (Hons) course across eight specialisations (subjects). Candidates can apply for a maximum of two subjects under this programme. The university accepts online applications for Indian students who have completed their Class 12. During the 2021 session, admission opened with the release of application forms in the month of August. Hence, for Presidency University Kolkata BSc admission 2022, applications are expected to open in August. The university follows reservation policy as per rules formed by the government.
