The basic difference between both is that Product Design is focused on creating a product to enhance user experience. Meanwhile, Industrial Design is focused on the manufacturing process of a product.

You can have a bachelor's degree in any discipline relevant to your field such as Industrial Design, Automobile Design, etc. Many BTech graduates also opt for MDes programs based on their interests and future goals.
