Admission to DNB courses at Ruby Hall Clinic would be subject to the NEET PG counselling schedule and the hospital's available seats. You need to check the official website or relevant medical counselling authorities for admission openings.

As Ruby Hall Clinic is primarily a hospital, hostel mess facilities for DNB students would depend on whether they provide accommodation. You would need to inquire about this specifically with the institution.

Selection criteria for DNB courses typically involve the NEET PG exam rank. Candidates with higher ranks have a better chance of selection based on merit and available seats at the accredited institution (likely Ruby Hall Clinic in this context).

Hostel fees are specific to an institution. Ruby Hall Clinic is a hospital and likely doesn't have hostel facilities for students. PPCE, if it offers hostel accommodation for coaching students, would have its own fee structure that you'd need to inquire about directly.

It's difficult to definitively say if "PPCE (Viman Nagar) & Ruby Hall Clinic (Bund Garden)" as a combined entity is a known institute. Ruby Hall Clinic is a well-known hospital. PPCE's recognition would depend on its reputation as a coaching center.
