I completed M.Com during 2006-08 in psg affiliated to Bharathiar University. I want to join B.Ed in Bharathiar University. Is ths possible.

Hi Sowmya yes it is possible for you to join B.Ed in Bharathiar University. You can pursue studies even after the gap of do many years. So just be positive and just go for it and have the bright future ahead.

Both colleges are affiliated with Anna University. According to the PSG College of Technology placement drive 2022, the median package during PSG College of Technology placement 2022 ranged between INR 6 lakh and INR 6.5 lakh as per NIRF 2023 rankings. The average package offered during CEG Guindy placements 2022 stood at INR 6.93 LPA.

In the NIRF 2023 rankings, PSG College of Technology is ranked 63rd, while CEG Guindy has not been given a ranking. Thus, based on rankings, PSGCT is a better college.

You may eligible to get admission there based on your percentile. However, I'm recommending you other colleges :
1. Anna University, Chennai
2. PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore
3. Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai
4. SSN College of Engineering, Chennai
5. Coimbatore Institute of Technology, Coimbatore

The number of available seats for the Master of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering (ME CSE) programme is not specified. The admission criteria for ME CSE at PSG College requires the candidates to have completed a Bachelor's degree in engineering or technology with a minimum aggregate of 50% and a valid score in the TANCET or GATE entrance exam.
