You should go for the BANARAS HINDU UNIVERSITY. Because BHU provides best faculty and course. And I personally suggest because I'm also a psychology student from BHU.
For the admission, you have to appear for the CUET exam.

For a PhD in Psychology at IGNOU, you'll need to have a:
- Master's degree in Psychology (For example, MA in Psychology)
- The degree must be UGC-recognized
- With a minimum of 55% aggregate score
- 5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/PwD/EWS categories
