You should go for the BANARAS HINDU UNIVERSITY. Because BHU provides best faculty and course. And I personally suggest because I'm also a psychology student from BHU.

For a PhD in Psychology at IGNOU, you'll need to have a:

  • Master's degree in Psychology (For example, MA in Psychology)
  • The degree must be UGC-recognized
  • With a minimum of 55% aggregate score
  • 5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/PwD/EWS categories
