The PUCAT syllabus for MCA is mentioned below.
Thinking and Decision Making (35 marks) - Reasoning questions equivalent to most competitive exams.
Mathematics (35 marks) - Set Theory, Probability and Statistics, Algebra, Coordinate Geometry, Calculus, Vectors and Trignometry.
Computer Awareness (30 marks) - Computer Basics and Data Representation.

The PUCAT 2025 exam is likely to be held in the first week of July 2025, though the dates are not yet announced by the exam-conducting body. The registrations for PUCAT 2025 are likely to begin in March 2025 (tentative), similar to PUCAT 2024, where applications were opened in March and the last date was extended until June. Interested students of V.B.S. Purvanchal University can submit their application form through an online source, after which they would have to pay the application fee. Students must note that the last date for sending the application form is through post. Candidates will be able to download the admit card one or tw

It might cause a problem if the names on the application form and admit card do not match. If you are certain that you entered the right spellings while applying, contact the exam body and have it corrected before you appear for the exam.

No, you must produce a physical printout of the PUCAT admit card to the invigilators at the exam centre along with a valid photo ID or else you won't be allowed to take the exam.

In order to download the PUCAT admit card, you must visit VBSPU's official website. Then go to the 'Admissions' section. Under the PUCAT (Academic Year) section, you will find the admit card link. When you click on it, you will be required to enter your application number and password. Your admit card will be displayed on this screen. From here, you can download and print it to carry it to the exam centres.
