Hi Hemal,
I would say in Pune there is an institute, Asian Institute of Quality Management India (AIQM) which provides ASCB (E) - UK ACCREDITED certification so I would recommend for the same. Usually, Six Sigma Certification get expire after every 3 years and we have to renew it all the time but AIQM provides Lifetime Certification which never get expire. You can go through the link:

You are seeking information about government colleges offering automobile engineering in different states and further asking whether you can get admission there or not.
