You should mention the branch you want. Because the placement of UPES in petroleum engineering is very nice. Also for CSE, UPES placements are good. I don't have much idea about MIT WPU, Pune placements so I cannot comment on this. But trust me, in the end, it depends on you that how will you learn in these 4 years and implement what you have learnt.

You might get IT only if the 4th round is conducted, but you will definitely get electronics and telecommunication.
