Most of the students cannot imagine going to IITs without tough completion, which is a correct assumption. But there are ways to get into IITs and NITs without GATE scores too.

In order to get into a top college in Pune, you should at least score above 96 percentile. And if you are an outside home university candidate, then the cut-off will be higher than that for home university students.

Your chances of getting admission for BA LLB are too low as the number of students which are called for the counselling are only 180 and that too if you are a non-Maharashtra candidate there are only 105/180.
Rest of the seats are reserved for Maharashtra domicile candidate.

The percentage you have scored is good. You are looking for an admission after Diploma. It is not clear in which field you have done your Diploma. I would recommend you to go for Sinhagad College of Engineering.
