If you believe that US market is your thing and you want to do it from a good institution like MSU and have adequate funds then definitely USA is the better option here. If you are low on your budget and just have to get done with MBA locally which will by the way land you on a less paying job then choose CU. MSU any day is better than CU considering that you are ready to invest on your education and have the funds to study there. Good luck!
