Yes, Punjab Agricultural University offers various scholarships. These are university fellowships, ICAR scholarships, Mrs. Jaswant Kaur Bindra w/o Dr Onkar Singh Bindra Scholarship, Merit-cum-Means fellowship, Jarnail Singh Basi Memorial Fellowship and a few more. Government of Punjab also offers interest free loan scholarships to the students.

The median placement package as per Shiksha for Punjab Agricultural University is 4,20,000. Whereas at Shoolini University, it is INR 3,00,000 (median) and INR 6,00,000 (the highest). For more details, aspirants must download the placement report of both the universities.

Punjab Agricultural University has different fee for each M.Tech specialisation. The fee for M.Tech Remote Sensing & GIS is INR 70,000. However, it might increase or decrease as per the university fee policy. Whereas, Shoolini University charges between INR 6.38 lacs and INR 6.48 lacs.

Punjab Agricultural University give admission in the M.Tech course based on marks obtained in PAU-MET entrance exam. Whereas, Shoolini University offers admission based on marks obtained in CUET PG and GATE exam.

In case of vacant seats, they are not filled by any additional rounds. Instead they are shifted to affiliated college in any of the course. The shifting of seats is decided by committee assigned by the Dean Postgraduate Studies.

Yes 85% of the total seats are reserved for state domicile aspirants whereas the remaining 15% are for aspirants belonging to other states. Aspirants must study the prospectus in detail and read the seat reservation policy carefully.

Total seats in M.Tech course varies as per the specialisation. 8 seats are offered in M.Tech Computer Science & Engineering, 17 in Processing & Food Engineering, 11 in Farm Machinery and Power Engineering and 7 in Civil Engineering.
