The cutoffs may vary slightly for the different types of Candidatures. Here is the latest cutoff information for Bachelor in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (B.V. Sc. and A.H.) at GADVASU:
General Category: 715 - 117 OBC/SC/NT Category: 116 - 93OBC/SC/NT - PH Category: 104 - 93
The cut-off of the candidates seeking admission under Self-Financed, Category-II and Special Management Quota seats will be upto 120 marks.
For a student holding Punjabi domicile, the marks may vary from 120 to 300 depending on the sub category of the student. 250 is a safe score for OBC Category student.

Moga and Ferozepur both cities has dozens of good colleges in all different streams. the are some good government colleges and universities are located in these cities
nowdays many students are interested in Medical education.
Government Medical College in Firozpur and Guru Gobind singh Meddical college (private) in Moga are best for medical education, college offers undergraduate coures like MBBS, Nursing and physiotherepy. also college has postgraduate seats for MD.
for BAMS courses baba Baba Ke Ayurvedic Medical College have there branches in both cities.
Courses like nursing are avilable in HKL College of Nursing
