If you are looking for MBA college in Punjab. I would recommend you to go for PCTE Group of Institutes as I have done my MBA in finance and marketing from it and can assure you that PCTE would bring the best out of you. Having said that there are a large number of colleges that still use traditional methodologies where only theoretical concepts are taught. But the experience that I got in PCTE was completely hands on. PCTE always focuses on providing practical exposure to its students in all streams that it runs. It is impossible with 86% and without UT quota. But there are chances if you fall under some reservation category.

With all the things mentioned in the question, SD College is slightly difficult unless you fall under any reservation category. But with general category, it is quite difficult in GGDSD College but you can go for DAV 10 or Govt college 46, 11, 42 and Khalsa college.
