You are eligible to seek admission in B.Sc (Hons) in Delhi University affiliated colleges. You may refer to the following link for details of last year's cut-off in DU:
http://www.du.ac.in/index.php?page=cut-off-2016
This will help you to evaluate your chances and deciding in which college you must apply for admission.

Hello,
As per you marks you chances are slim for getting any govt. colleges, as you have scored really well in boards so it will be better for you to take a break and prepare well for next year, however if you are quite determined to take admission this year only then check here for more insights:

See anyhow in India, IITs had been witnessing awesome placements since good long years but that doesn't mean anything if you don't work harder in your UG level with multidisciplinary approach. Having good academic records is not enough but internship, other skills & innovativeness is of utmost importance. So are your soft skills. After being sound in all these, I'll suggest you to join in an institution of good industrial exposure & better graduation environment campus. So, all these are personalised issues that need some research & homework from your side too.
