Yes, you can apply for B.Ed. The eligibility is to have completed graduation/ post-graduation from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks (47.5% for SC/ ST/ Blind/ Physically Handicapped candidate) or must have completed BE/ B.Tech from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks (52.25%

Eligibility for B.Pharmacy: 50% marks in 10+2 with English, Physics, Chemistry and one of the following subjects: Biology/Biotechnology/ Mathematics

Actually there is a college sector 10! Under PU
That is specially for the Arch.
