Both the colleges are equally good, but my preference would be UIET and to know the exact scenario for faculty and placements, you can get in touch with the current students through social media or in person.

It is 60% for CBSE board and at least 70% in PSEB, in order to go abroad and study in a college. But, if you want to get in a good university, then you need to get 80% in CBSE and 85% in PSEB. You have to appear for IELTS also.

It is completely your decision. If you want to go more technically with pharma go for M.Pharm, if not go for MBA, where you can go for production management or marketing management, etc.

There are various rankings by different bodies, but true rankings state it amongst rank 50 onwards. Placement records and average salary is nominal and not so great as well.
