If you have secured CSE at VIT Vellore and a COMEDK rank of 654, then both options are strong, but your choice depends on your priorities. VIT Vellore is a highly reputed private institution with excellent infrastructure, industry connections, and higher placement opportunities, especially in CSE. However, if one would rather be studying in Bangalore, then RV College of Engineering and BMS College of Engineering are also of high standard with good reputations for CSE and stable placements. Yes, it is quite possible to get admission to the RV College of Engineering through a Diploma CET if you are a candidate looking for lateral entry into the second year of your B.Tech program. Anyone who has completed a Diploma in engineering is eligible for entry, and they must then appear for the Karnataka Diploma CET exam. When one clears the exam and meets the qualifying cut-off, they can assure admission at RV College of Engineering; however, this is given after checking seat availability and after other eligibility criteria set forth by the institution and authorities responsible for state CET.

The total tuition fee for the B.E. in Aerospace Engineering course at RV College of Engineering in Bangalore through comedk is INR ?1,27,440 for the entire four-year course. And the hostel fee is ?4,53,000. And if you are a karnaka citizen and go through KCET it will be much lesser .The yearly fees is around ?1,30,000. And for for years ir is ?5,20,000.

The eligibility criteria for getting admission in RVCE is Class 12 with 50% aggregate in the respective subjects from a recognised board.
The score cards of following examination are accepted for giving admission
CET, COMEDK, JEE Main, KEA.
You cannot get admission directly without appearing in any of these exam

Yes, RV College of Engineering accepts JEE Main scores for admission to its BTech courses. To be eligible candidates must pass Class 10 and Class 12 with 50% aggreagte in a relevant discipline from a recognised board. Candidates must apply and appear for the JEE Main score and score good aggregate to apply for admission. Further, candidates can also get admission to BTech at RV College of Engineering if they have one entrance exam score, such as CET, COMEDK and KEA.
